About the Job

Immediate opening for a licensed Community Association Portfolio Manager in Treasure Island, Florida. Seeking a proactive, detailed oriented, self starter with strong leadership skills. Entry level position with immediate growth opportunity.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Attend board meetings, prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, prepare meeting notices and mail outs, perform visual inspections of properties, preparation of budgets and various management reports. Assisting Board of Directors to comply with their documents and Florida Statutes to ensure smooth functioning of each association.

We prefer someone with a Florida CAM and are willing to train newly licensed CAMs. We are looking for someone who is honest, ethical and polite. The right candidate is a quick learner, is comfortable and skilled at verbal and written communication with residents, owners and board members.
