The Home Dream Team is hiring!!
Are you looking to JOIN the team? We’re looking for a licensed real estate assistant. Preferably someone experienced who has worked for a real estate team before, and is computer literate in file transfer, using internet sites, working in the MLS, and some social media sites.
This is a salary position with incentives and bonuses. Typically, work is performed from 9am – 5pm Monday-Friday, with few evenings and weekends to work completing projects. As a licensed assistant, you have the potential to make up to about 70k a year.
The team needs an individual who is positive, organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated. You must be dedicated to keeping tasks on track as well as communicate with agents on the team often.
You must also be able to provide a delightful, productive, and enjoyable experience with clients, vendors, affiliates and other agents. Everyone you encounter is a potential lead, customer, provider, referral, or other source of business. Most of all, they’re people just like you!
