Qualifications:

Must be a licensed real estate sales associate

  • Must Be Bi-Lingual
  • Highly organized and efficient
  • Must show initiative – anticipate what is needed, takes action & make recommendations to improve efficiencies
  • Proficient with most Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM software/database
  • Adept using social media sites
  • Able to create marketing materials and presentations
  • General Accounting Knowledge
  • BPO Experience helpful but not required

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Licensed REO assistant, Assisting Broker
  • Creating and implementing office systems and procedures and documenting same
  • Creating & managing databases
  • Prepare listing presentations and other marketing materials
  • BPO Preparation, Market Status reports
  • Tracking weekly marketing activities and feedback
  • Inputting listings into MLS and various websites
  • Advertising of company listings on various websites
