Qualifications:
- Licensed real estate sales associate preferred
- Must Be Bilingual(Spanish)
- Highly organized and efficient
- Must show initiative – anticipate what is needed, takes action & make recommendations to improve efficiencies
- Proficient with most Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM software/database
- Adept using social media sites
- Able to create marketing materials and presentations
- General Accounting Knowledge
- BPO Experience helpful but not required
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Licensed REO assistant, Assisting Broker
- Creating and implementing office systems and procedures and documenting same
- Creating & managing databases
- Prepare listing presentations and other marketing materials
- BPO Preparation, Market Status reports
- Tracking weekly marketing activities and feedback
- Inputting listings into MLS and various websites
