Works with the Marketing Manager and VP of Marketing to properly plan and execute the requirements of supporting LOB goals and product launches in marketplace.
Basic Functions:
- Works closely and collaboratively with line of business Subject Matter Experts to develop the right marketing approach & message.
- Works with the Marketing Manager and VP to integrate specific products to the overall portfolio to position PMSI as the industry leader.
- With oversight from the Marketing Manager and VP, develops and executes demand generation campaigns for products across the organization’s three Lines of Business. Creates and manages product marketing documentation including message frameworks, competitive analysis, sales tools, presentation materials, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborates with internal operations and product development teams to define and develop all product marketing and program support materials.
- Works with Marketing Manager and VP to develop sales tools to inform, educate and assist internal parties.
- Works with Marketing Manager and VP to develop the research and validation of market opportunities (industry whitespace) and the products we have determined are taking to market and explore Target segmentation.
- Works with proposal specialists on proposals, market research and other projects as assigned by the Marketing Manager and VP.
- Works with Marketing Manager and VP in the development of marketing materials and content development. Responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date customer-facing deliverables.
- Performs other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
- Proactively interfaces with other key marketing stakeholders as appropriate for the integrated marketing programs.

Education
- Required: BA/BS Degree in Marketing or related field

Work Experience
- Required: 5 years prior experience in client-side B2B Marketing. Advanced Microsoft Office skills including development and use of Word and PowerPoint templates and style management. Online Marketing: basic HTML experience; development and management of email marketing initiatives; basic website maintenance through CMS. High degree of expertise in proofreading and editing.
- Desired: Marketing experience in healthcare or insurance industries. Experience with marketing/sales automation systems (Salesforce, Aprimo).
