Come join our team! We are a fast growing real estate team looking to expand its admin dept. This job is for someone that thrives in a fast paced environment . In this role, you will carry the clients from the beginning of a listing to the close. This includes handling paperwork, scheduling appointments, coordinating communication between all parties and team members, and doing whatever it takes to ensure a successful and timely close. You will also be responsible for the marketing for the team with digital marketing, social media plus print collateral. Must be comfortable with technology and Microsoft products. This position will be approx 30 hours per week to start but will move into a full time position. We have a fantastic work culture so you must be a team player with a “can do” attitude and be self motivated.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the listing process; develop immediate rapport with clients, oversee photos, sign, key box, appfiles, showing time, upload to the MLS and social media
  • Update client with feedback, answer questions and concerns as necessary
  • Maintain client database (CRM) and communicate with customers, other agents, and service providers throughout the closing process.
  • Oversee and respond to emails pertaining to transactions
  • Oversee the process from purchase agreement to closing, including documentation, deadlines, and communication between parties.
  • Create, update, and review real estate contracts. Ie: addendums, price adjustments, etc.
  • Coordinate title, mortgage loan and appraisal processes.
  • Coordinate inspections and coordinate completion of repairs.
  • Regularly update & maintain communication with clients, agents, lender, etc.
  • Schedule and coordinate closing process, review closing paperwork.
  • Communicate with clients and keep them updated on the status and timeline for the transaction.
  • Produce listing marketing materials (printed collateral, websites, etc.)
  • Produce monthly newsletter, flyer and postcards
  • Create social media posts with new properties, personable facebook posts, – ie: meet the team, fun socks, look who closed on a new home etc.
  • Coordinate agent training, meetings, special events and contests.
  • Assist with property management
  • Having a FL real estate license is a plus.
