Responsibilities and Duties

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and monitor all documents and processes associated with the listing process to include MLS entry, feedback, client communication, social media, marketing etc.
  • Communicate (verbal, written and in person) professionally with clients and vendors and ensure all listing tasks are completed on-time with the highest level of customer service
  • Research, schedule and verify appointments with clients and vendors such as open houses, appraisals, staging, and inspections
  • Manage materials to ensure property listings are marketed appropriately through lock boxes, brochures, signs, measurements and photos, for example
  • Data entry into relevant databases such as MLS and social media, filing and other duties such as answering phones and supporting Agent
  • Attend staff meetings and assist with organizing functions (lunches, happy hours, holiday parties, etc.).
  • Approach duties and responsibilities with business maturity, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

  • Real estate, marketing and/or social media skills experience preferred
  • Willing to obtain the Florida Real Estate Sales License while working in the position in order to take on additional responsibilities. Currently licensed is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong project management skills and positive self-starter who will take responsibilities over from the Agent, set a plan in motion quickly, and take action to complete tasks and goals.
  • Exceptional customer service skills to exceed expectations and keep clients happy & informed.
  • Detail-oriented and able to keep a lot of detail/information highly organized.
  • Able to shift gears quickly to accommodate new priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated strong project and time management skills.
  • Polished and professional verbal and written communication skills. Clear and direct communicator preferred.
  • Tech savvy and enjoys learning/ implementing new systems and software.
  • Reliable and clean transportation to facilitate running errands as necessary
  • Confident and reliable with a team-player attitude.
