We are seeking a full-time REAL ESTATE AGENT with at least 3 years experience who will work alongside our Lead Listing Agent as a Listing Assistant.
This position offers a guaranteed salary plus bonus as a 1099 contractor. You will go to appointments with the Lead Listing Agent and make sure paperwork is completed, attend photos, create MLS descriptions, enter listings into the MLS, attend inspections and appraisals, help with Listing Agent Accompanied Showings and some contract negotiations.
REQUIREMENTS: MUST HAVE A FLORIDA STATE REAL ESTATE LICENSE. We are looking for a Team Player, bright, ambitious, and hard-working. Must be serious about a full-time career, and have the commitment and self-discipline to benefit from the opportunity to earn a high income.
