Duties/Responsibilities to include but not limited to
- Assist with answering phones when needed
- Provide exceptional service to clients, agents and cooperating agents to ensure a smooth and pleasant transaction experience
- Brokerage compliance
- Upon agent request create listing package/documents
- Upon agent request schedule/confirm listing appointments with prospect/lead and add to agent’s calendar
- On occasion accompany listing appointment when requested
- Research as needed and compile and update databases of community photos, utility information, HOA docs, HOA contact information, HOA/CDD links, etc.
- Print comps and other documents for upcoming listing appointment upon request
- Schedule photo/video shoot to include any virtual staging, Zillow 3D tours, and community photos, etc.
- Order sign installation and removal
- Enter listings into the MLS
- Set up ShowingTime instructions
- Composing MLS public remarks
- Copy agent to all correspondence to all parties of the transaction
- When in receipt of an executed document, send to all appropriate parties
- Following up on tasks/requested documents and keeping all necessary parties informed of any
issues or progress. Continue to follow up as needed until completed.
- Send documents out for electronic signatures upon request and copy agents to all
correspondence
- Revise/adjust MLS as applicable and per request (price revision/price reduction)

Pay: $13.00 – $15.00 per hour
