Listing Manager – The Brenda Wade Team (Valrico, FL)

The Brenda Wade Real Estate Team is the top selling real estate team in Hillsborough County with over 30 years of proven success and seeks to hire an extremely talented, energetic and organized person. This person must be seeking employment in a fast paced, high producing team atmosphere.

This position will provide services to our customers including, but not limited to:

• Go out to homes that will be listed and walk through the home taking notes of features, room sizes and take photos. Your will use your own vehicle and be reimbursed mileage
• Schedule professional photographer
• Compose detailed write-up of home
• Input listing into Multiple Listing Service
• Coordinate showing instructions for the home
• Review contact record in CRM
• Create flyers for the home
• Coordinate open houses including advertising in the press and websites
• Enter rental listings into Multiple Listing Service, set up showing instructions and answer any applicant questions
• Follow-up with agents of interested buyers
• Reporting of relocation sales to relocation companies
• Answer inquiries on listings
• Post new listings to the team Facebook page & create sponsored ads as required
• Build strong relationships with sellers until such time they receive a contract on their home
