The team is looking for an individual who is extremely organized, very energetic, confident and has lots of ideas to present and implement to help everyone grow. This person needs to be dedicated to making the real estate process a smooth one for each and every client. The position is extremely admin heavy, organization is a must and daily communication with clients is key to drive and capture more leads for the team.

Specific duties include:

 Providing fiduciary service to all sellers from the time their home goes on the market until the home goes under contract.

 Producing listing presentations and marketing materials; scheduling open houses.

 Communicating on a regular basis with sellers, including delivering progress reports.

 Keeping agents updated on the progress of all seller contracts and advising them when they need to engage in negotiations or solve problems.

 Supporting agents by preparing Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs), updating and maintaining listing materials and listing presentations.

 Assisting agents in coordinating the staging, repairs and home improvements required for showing the property.

Job Requirements:

 2+ years’ experience in the real estate industry

 Comfortable with a heavy admin work load

 Knowledge of the MLS

 Knack for building strong client relationships

 Ability to listen to clients’ needs

 Ability to collaborate with other team members

 Strong problem solving skills

 Strong customer focus

 Strong organizational skills

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

 Some Marketing experience preferred but not required
