A highly-regarded regional law firm is seeking a commercial and construction litigation associate with a background in business-related and construction disputes. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in commercial litigation including shareholder disputes, business torts, real estate disputes, and/or construction litigation cases. Candidates must have solid law school academics and prior business litigation experience. This firm offers outstanding compensation and benefits, and has a collegial, small firm setting.
