A highly-regarded Tampa litigation boutique is seeking a commercial litigation associate with a background in business-related disputes. The ideal candidate will have 4-9 years of experience in commercial litigation including shareholder disputes, business torts, real estate disputes, and/or construction litigation cases. Candidates must have solid law school academics and prior business litigation experience. This firm offers outstanding compensation and benefits, and has a collegial, small firm setting. This is a partner track position with excellent growth potential.
