Our firm is looking to hire a smart and pleasant paralegal with a professional attitude to join our team. Candidates should be experienced in litigation, First-Party Insurance Insurance or defense is a plus.
The following skills are highly desired:
-Scheduling depositions, mediations, inspections, engineers, experts. Using JAWS and being able to communicate with counsel, judicial assistants, etc. knowledge of E-filing in both state and federal courts imperative. Preparing discovery responses and document production. Calendaring deadlines (including trial deadlines). Provide clients with updates as needed. Maintaining case list up to date.
