We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to become a part of our team! The position would support our employment and whistleblower practices. When not assisting with cases, you would be expected to help with administrative tasks around the office. Experience filing in state and federal courts is a must. Legal research and drafting skills are obviously a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to support legal proceedings
- Assist with the drafting and filing legal documents
- Record and store client information and time
- Help with office administration
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field
- Familiarity with legal research
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
