Litigation Paralegal – Ultimate (Tampa)

We are partnering with a professional Law Firm in the Downtown Tampa area who is looking to add an experienced Paralegal to their team! Experience with Product Liability Defense experience highly preferred!

Job Description:

• Drafting and proofreading pleadings, filings and discovery
• Supporting cases in and through trial
• Document management and collection
• Directly assist attorneys with all phases of litigation
• Prepare accurate timelines for trial preparation
• Enter billing data into database

Job Requirements:

• Must have local experience
• 3+ years of experience in Litigation
• 3+ years of experience as a Paralegal
• 3+ years of experience in Insurance Defense
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal Studies
• Paralegal Certification from an ABA Accredited school
• Product Liability Defense experience preferred
• Medical Chronology experience preferred
• Construction or Real Estate Law experience preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and high attention to detail
• Must be proficient in all MS Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook

This is a full-time temp to hire opportunity working M-F (8-5). $40,000 – $55,000/year depending on experience.
