Full-TimeAn AV Rated Trial Firm in Tampa is seeking a full time Litigation Paralegal to support one partner with his commercial litigation caseload.
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage cases from inception through trial
- Draft and respond to discovery and pleadings
- Coordinate with third parties
- Prepare attorneys for trial, including preparation of witness lists, exhibits, trial binders, etc.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Paralegal experience
- Proficient in MS office and transcription equipment
- Strong attention to detail
