Dependable and organized Loan Officer Assistant needed.

This is a position for someone who likes systems and processes to keep everything organized. It’s someone who insists on getting things done on time with high standards of quality and detail orientation. It’s someone who spends the appropriate amount of time needed to complete a task on time while meeting quality standards.

Experience:

Ideal candidate will have 3+ yrs experience within the mortgage, real estate/paralegal related field, or office manager experience, however, this is not required. After hire, mortgage originator license to be obtained. This cost will be reimbursed after license is received.

Characteristics/Skills required:

– Exceptional organizational and project management ability

– Ability to stay focused and remain calm under pressure

– Can pick up on new software without breaking into a sweat.

– Proficient in Windows Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.

Job Description:

– Collect & organize client financial data & documents and prep for loan submission

– Monitor work flow and follow-up with clients using email & phone

– Perform office duties including printing reports, scheduling appointments and follow up appointments for loan officers.

– 40 hours full time position, base salary + benefits, bonuses based on team production.
