Job Summary: The Loan Officer Coordinator position ensures the timely and accurate packaging of all loans originated by our loan officers; gather information and take each file from pre-approval to closing; input proper loan information into the system for processing; ensure that all loan documentation is complete, accurate, verified, and complies with company and investor policy; review file documentation and make sure all items needed are requested; order and coordinate loan documents; meet crucial deadlines requested; perform any additional duties/activities assigned by management. This position is full time! This is not a sales position, however, a great starting position if you have ever thought about having a career in sales, financial advisor, or real estate.
Responsibilities:
- Keep data in CRM system updated and accurate
- Help facilitate the loan process
- Follow-up with inquired leads via phone calls or emails
- Help gather disclosures and supporting documents
- Accomplish company mission by completing related tasks as needed
- Support local and national loan officer network
Qualifications:
- No Licenses Required
- Call center experience is a plus
- Experience using a CRM system and/or outbound dialer a plus
- Experience or interest in finance, banking, real estate or mortgage is a must
- Ability to make a large number of outbound dials
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to commute to the office (2502 N Rocky Point Dr) This is not a remote position!
