This position is available on weekdays with flexible scheduling. This is not a sales position, however, a great starting position if you have ever thought about having a career in sales or customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Keep data in CRM system updated and accurate
- Help facilitate the loan process
- Follow-up with inquired leads
- Help gather disclosures and supporting documents
- Accomplish company mission by completing related tasks as needed
- Support local and national loan officer network
- Keep data in CRM system updated and accurate
Qualifications:
- No Licenses Required
- Call center experience is a plus
- Experience using a CRM system and/or outbound dialer a plus
- Experience or interest in finance, banking, real estate or mortgage is a must
- Ability to make a large number of outbound dials
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to come into the office (2502 N Rocky Point Dr)
- This is not a remote position!
