| Loan Processor
Senior Lending has been serving the Tampa Bay community since 1998 and due to its continued growth we are seeking a Loan Processor.
We are looking for a committed individual who wants to work in a Professional yet friendly office environment, while being part of a growing company.
Essential Job Functions
- Review loan applications for compliance and initial submission
- Order all services and prepare files for underwriting approval
- Clear all loan approval conditions
- Communicate well with loan originators, title, underwriting and closing
- Maintain loan and office data reports
- Perform other support or administrative tasks as required
Key Characteristics & Requirements
- 3+ years of FHA processing experience
- Must be detail oriented and have good organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and accomplish goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional with the utmost integrity
- Work well as a team player or independently
