Responsibilities:
- Assist loan officers with pre-qualifications.
- Take complete loan applications, pull credit, run D/U, LP, GUS.
- Gather documents from clients.
- Process loans and coordinate with underwriting and closing departments.
- Call all parties to the transaction weekly with updates.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience processing.
- Proven ability to manage 15-20 files/month.
- Must love to talk to people over the phone and genuinely enjoy serving our clients.
Compensation: $40,000 – $65,000 (depending on talent and experience)
