Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative at Zentech Consulting, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and logistics providers. Your role will involve assisting with operations coordination and handling paperwork to ensure the smooth flow of logistics and cargo handling processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and logistics providers.
  • Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely updates on operations and shipments.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

2. Operations Coordination:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate logistics operations, including cargo handling, scheduling, and transportation.
  • Monitor the progress of operations and provide real-time updates to customers.
  • Assist in resolving any operational challenges or delays.

3. Paperwork Management:

  • Prepare and process documentation related to cargo handling, shipments, and logistics operations.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain organized records and files for easy retrieval.

4. Logistics Provider Support:

  • Communicate with logistics providers, including trucking companies, shipping lines, and customs agencies.
  • Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and container movements as needed.
  • Address logistics-related queries and issues.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate reports and provide data analysis related to customer shipments and logistics performance.
  • Identify trends and areas for improvement in logistics operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or relevant coursework is a plus.
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a logistics or transportation environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork management.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with logistics software is advantageous.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends, if required.
