We are looking for a top notch Community Manager to manage our twin 20 story towers and a staff of 6 to 8. You will be provided
a gulf front office and be rewarded with strong compensation and benefits. A tenured staff and Assistant Property manager are in place.
REQUIREMENTS:
*Local candidate preferred
*Stable job background including 4-5 years high rise management of 12 floors or more.
*Management background must be that of 100 plus condominiums.
*Must have FL CAM License and be able to pass a stringent background and reference check.
