The Collier Companies is looking for a hard-working Maintenance Supervisor to join its team in Tampa, FL. Please note, this is a temporary position.
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
- Experience as a Service Manager or Service Technician
- Strong knowledge in plumbing & HVAC and appliances
- Extremely organized and detailed orientated
- EPA certified a plus
- Proven track record of excellent customer service
Service Manager must have basic tools. Drug Testing and background checks will be performed.
Pay Rate is based on skill and experience. EOE/DFWP
