Maintenance Associate
Morningstar Storage owns and operates self-storage properties in the Southeastern United States. At Morningstar we say that we love what we do and sure hope it shows. We are currently searching for a property Maintenance Associate to help us maintain our storage property to the highest level.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Ability to maintain positive, professional relationships and interactions with customers, peers, and supervisors.
- Janitorial functions that include: sweeping, general cleaning, painting, power-washing, small electrical, lifting, small repair projects, and landscaping.
- Utilize tools provided on the property to maintain high level of property standards.
- Assist Storage General Manager with maintaining high level of property standards.
- Maintain a professional, hygienic appearance and adhere to the company’s uniform policy.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma/GED required along with a current driver’s license and proof of insurance. Must be able to work a flexible schedule Monday-Friday and some weekends. No late nights. Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds. Ability to frequently stand, walk, sit, reach, and climb. Vision and hearing necessary.
