Full Job Description
Opening for experienced maintenance team member for our top rated condo/hotels located in Treasure Island. Must have general maintenance knowledge, valid driver’s license and transportation required. Clean background check, working weekends is a must. Duties also require some grounds keeping i.e.,emptying trash, cleaning the grounds and hallways of the condo/hotel property. Previous condo/hotel maintenance or similar is required. Must be dependable, friendly towards staff and guests, honest, self motivated, hardworking and neat in appearance.
