HomeRiver Group is looking to add a Maintenance Coordinator to ourProperty Management team, especially those with experience in Single-Family home management. Our Maintenance Coordinators assist our property managers in the maintenance function, handling all aspects of maintenance that occur at our managed rental properties.
Core Duties include:
- Reviewing and evaluating incoming work orders to determine the scope of work.
- Counseling with renters to determine if work is necessary.
- Managing vendors and internal maintenance technicians to complete work orders
- Communicating with owners about required scope of work, selling maintenance and turnovers to owners
- Bid preparation
- Reviewing completed jobs for quality and warranty
- Billing of completed jobs
- Maximize revenue, minimize expenses, maximize the resident experience and achieve financial goals for homes in a portfolio.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of residential property management or maintenance coordinator experience required
- PropertyWare and PropertyWare Maintenance experience a plus
- A valid driver’s license, reliable mode of transportation and automobile insurance are required
