We are a Residential Property Management company managing single family homes in the Tampa Bay area. The coordinator provides lead direction and coordination of maintenance requests. This position monitors maintenance calls and repair activities, and establishes work schedules and prioritizes activities of vendors to ensure that work is completed as directed and on time. The position also requires input of bills, and following up on vendor estimates.

Requirements

– Basic knowledge Excel, Word, Outlook, Scanning and Filing
– Moderate knowledge of home maintenance, handyman experience is helpful

– Must be a team player and willing to work alongside the property manager

– Must be able to review ledgers with owners and understand accounts and bills
– Dependable, well organized, and attention to detail is a must
– Able to travel to surrounding counties via your own reliable transportation regularly
– Able to perform detailed home inspections using checklists and take photos of homes both with tenants residing and vacant
– PropertyWare knowledge is a plus

Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm AND option to pick up 1 Saturday/month

Emergency Maintenance/On-Call Rotation ~ 1 week per month

Salary is $35,000/year plus bonuses
