We are seeking a Maintenance Director to become a part of our team! You will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining the interior and exterior of our community.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all related transactions
- Attract and educate new staff, residents and families
- Investigate and resolve resident and family concerns
- Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Supervise and train housekeeping and laundry staff
- Enforce company policy and procedures and state related regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property maintenance, management and or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance related contracts
- Ability to build rapport with residents, families, vendors and employees
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
