Water front condominium property in Dunedin is hiring for the position of maintenance / grounds tech.
Qualifications: Must have general knowledge and good skills in basic plumbing, electric, irrigation systems, drywall repairs, stucco and painting for a 400 unit waterfront condominium community consisting of multi -story units and townhomes. Must be willing to be on call duty on a every 3rd week rotation for emergencies. Must have the ability to do their job responsibilities without supervision, have good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Hiring requirements,
Must have at least 3 years maintenance experience for condominium or apartment style communities.
Must be able to pass a drug screening test and background check.
Must have valid drivers license and a dependable vehicle.

Salary: $31,000.00 to $36,000.00 /year
