Local Commercial Property Management Company has an immediate opening for a full-time position for an individual that is reliable, punctual and has a positive attitude to join our team. Must have knowledge and experience in HVAC, basic electric, plumbing, painting, and general maintenance. Candidate must be able to diagnosis and make repairs in a timely and professional manner. Vehicle and tools are required. Compensation is based on experience.
