Maintenance Helper Needed
Job Description (Involves, but not limited to the following)
Work directly for licensed building contractor CBC1258630
Assist crew leaders on job sites
General maintenance and repair of the property
Removal of trash and debris from properties, including appliances, furniture, &large items
Cleaning roofs & gutters
Fence repair
Paint,drywall,
Minor plumbing
Pressure washing
Patch and repair walls
Remove Flooring
Etc.
Requirements
Physically be able to work outside in all weather conditions
Able to lift at least 50 lbs
Have a reliable work vehicle
Able to climb ladder
Tool belt with hammer
Knowledge and experience operation set of small hand tools and power tools
Steel toe boots
Able to work 6am to 2:30pm
Punctual and reliable
Drug free workplace
Drug testing required
Background check required

High School Diploma or equivalent
