Palm Island realty Property Management is seeking to fill a full-time position in their maintenance division. Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. Office is located in Tampa, but will require travel across the Tampa Bay region.
Job Duties (Include, but not limited to the following)
Driving a truck with 16 ft trailer (MUST be proficient in backing up a trailer)
Trash removal from properties (including appliances, a/c units and household items)
Landscape cleanup, tree trimming, mulching, weeding
Maintain tools and lawn equipment (gas, oil, chains, weed eater string)
Cleaning roofs and gutters
Deliver items to job site (include appliances)
Fence Repair
Small paint jobs
Help senior maintenance staff when needed
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs
Must be able to climb ladders and stairs repeatedly during the work day
Must be able to work a minimum of 8 hours in exposed weather conditions (heat, rain)
Must be able to lift, bend, crawl, push, pull and carry without restriction
Requirements to qualify for position
Must have a clean driving record
Must be able to back up and drive a trailer
Must submit to background check
Must pass a drug test

Salary $12-$14/hour depending on experience
