JOB Description:

The Maintenance Manager will have the primary responsibility of ensuring all properties and units are kept in great condition. We are looking for someone who is naturally a “go-getter” and can work as quickly and satisfactory as possible while also upholding our extremely high standards. Whether its common household issues that arise, or bigger provisional issues, the overall maintenance of our condominiums is in your hands. JOB Duties:

• General Maintenance duties and tasks.

• Light plumbing work including, but not limited to: repairing faucets, installing new faucets, fixing leaking drains, and installing toilets.

• Light electrical work including, but not limited to: replacing light fixtures, ceiling fans, replacing switches and outlets, and installing garage door openers

• Drywall repair and replacement.

• General appliance knowledge and familiarity.

• Painting and detailing.

• Tile and grout work.

• Perform errands and special projects as requested per supervisor.

• Clear reporting with staff as needed.

• Seasonal preventative maintenance.

• Seasonal cleanup, including, but not limited to: gutter clean out, leaf pickup, power washing, and some landscaping. 

• Observe established policies and procedures.

• Ensure safety and security of all properties assigned. 

• Various other duties, as assigned.
