Off Lease Only, LLC is seeking a Maintenance person for our Bradenton location!
This job is primarily responsible for the general maintenance and physical oversight of assigned properties. Duties include day-to-day repairs, emergency maintenance, and preventative maintenance. This includes, but is not limited to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, roofing, trash pickup, and painting.

Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties
1. Performing a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks with a focus on quality workmanship.
2. Observe precautions required to protect the dealership and customer/employee property and report damage, theft, and found articles to supervisors and make necessary repairs.
3. Manage multiple tasks following specified procedures while adapting to changes in workload priorities.
4. Complete work orders in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
5. Communicate regularly with the Maintenance Supervisor about the status of work orders, projects, and/or inspections of the property. 6. Interact with team members and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
7. Maintain inventory and care of company provided tools and equipment.
8. Ability to routinely climb ladders, stairs, and work in confined spaces, as well as lift up to 50 pounds.
9. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
10. Other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required
- Experience working in the maintenance field. 2 years (preferred)
- Certification in either HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or construction work is preferred
- A valid Florida driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record in the sole discretion of Off Lease Only.
