We are looking for someone to help with repairs inside our rooms and outside on the exterior of the property. Specific job duties includes frequently checking rooms to see if anything is in need of repair or replacement, and helping out with exterior work including painting, general repairs, pressure washing etc.
We are looking for someone who works well with their hands and is willing to work hard. We need someone who is fit and is able to lift heavy loads on occasion. General understanding of repairs is wanted, such as plumbing and electrical, but no formal education is needed.
Pay will be based off quality of work with starting pay at $10 per hour. This job is part time with 20-30 working hours per week. Depending on the circumstances, there is opportunity for more hours, such as if the motel needs to be repainted. The hours are flexible.
