Seven One Seven Parking Services is a rapidly growing, dynamic company, seeking candidates who love to lead by example. We are now seeking an energetic Maintenance Worker in the Tampa Bay Area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Landscaping
- Small Construction projects
- Light Manual Labor
- Light maintenance including painting, minor structural repair, and pressure washing
- Must be familiar with the operation basic hardware and power tools including power drills, pressure washer, and power saws
- Experience painting preferred
- Good communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks promptly
- Basic concrete laying
- Minor electrical work
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Interpersonal and organizational skills
- Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20/hr
