Do you have experience working on HVAC systems, or performing maintenance on facilities? If so, we would like you to apply for our opening for a Maintenance Specialist in Tampa, FL.
Responsibilities will be: maintaining HVAC systems in the apartment community, assisting with apartment turns and work orders, repairing plumbing, appliances and electrical services.
*some weekends required*
To apply, please demonstrate that you have at least 2 years of experience with this type of work, that you have an HVAC certification and experience with electrical, plumbing, appliances etc.
Requirements include:
- Strong HVAC experience including trouble shooting, replacement of compressors, condensers, fan motors, air handlers, etc.
- Plumbing experience including water heater diagnose and replacement
- Strong appliance experience including laundry equipment
- Electrical experience
- On-Call- address all maintenance emergencies in a timely fashion
- Assist with apartment turns and work orders as necessary
- Maintain tools and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
