Our management company is hiring in 2 locations in the Tampa Bay area. Seeking a skilled, hard working, self motivated, driven, a/c certified maintenance technician. Additionally, we have one Maintenance Supervisor position that is available which requires experience in managing a team of technicians, overseeing work orders, scheduling and managing apartment turns, ordering maintenance supplies, reviewing and understanding an expense budget and a great problem solver. Day to day tasks may depend on property.
Universal HVAC Certification required.
