Maintenance Supervisor – Apartment community (Tarpon Springs)

Currently seeking a fulltime Maintenance Supervisor for an apartment community in Tarpon Springs, FL. The Maintenance Supervisor must possess the following:

1. Previous maintenance experience or experience in a related field.
2. EPA Refrigerant Certificate for capability to repair A/C’s
3. Personable and trustworthy character
4. Ability to understand the problems of residents
5. Concern for a work safety program
6. Some type of formal training or experience in the following areas: a. Carpentry b. Plumbing c. Electrical d. Painting e. Refurbishing and cleaning f. Air conditioning and heating
7. Willingness to contribute in other than maintenance, i.e. cleaning, grounds, etc.
