MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Minimum 5 year apartment maintenance experience with 3 years of proven supervisory experience
· HVAC Certification (Type 1 & 2 or Universal)
· CPO
· Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sheetrock & appliances
· Ability to supervise a Service team, inspect grounds, buildings & other community features, manage the turn-key operations & work directly with the Property Manager in the overall maintenance of the community
· Skilled at prioritizing workload
· Good customer service skills
· Team player, able to work independently, take direction from others & have strong communication skills
· Work with vendors and oversee ordering supplies
· Reliable transportation & provide own tools
· Ability to take after hours on–call emergencies when needed
