The ideal Candidate is an experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor with HVAC (Type 1 & 2 or Universal), CPO certifications and strong leadership skills. CAMT is a plus!

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years apartment maintenance experience with 3 -5 years of proven supervisory experience
- HVAC Certification (Type 1 & 2 or Universal)
- CPO
- Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sheetrock & appliances
- Ability to supervise a Service team, inspect grounds, buildings & other community features, manage the turn-key operations & work directly with the Property Manager in the overall maintenance of the community
- Skilled at prioritizing workload
- Good customer service skills
- Team player, able to work independently, take direction from others & have strong communication skills
- Work with vendors and oversee ordering supplies
- Reliable transportation & provide own tools
- Ability to take after hours on–call emergencies (rotation basis)
