Fogelman, a nationally recognized Best Places to Work company, is currently interviewing qualified candidates with strong leadership skills for a Service Director (Maintenance Supervisor) position at Bleecker Hyde Park Apartments located in Tampa. This community is a beautiful 259 unit, Class A Midrise. The ideal candidate is an experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor on a Class A Midrise with HVAC (Type 1 & 2 or Universal) and CPO certifications.

SERVICE DIRECTOR JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 year apartment maintenance experience with 3 years of proven supervisory experience
- Class A Midrise experience
- HVAC Certification (Type 1 & 2 or Universal)
- CPO
- Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sheetrock & appliances
- Ability to supervise a Service team, inspect grounds, buildings & other community features, manage the turn-key operations & work directly with the Property Manager in the overall maintenance of the community
- Skilled at prioritizing workload
- Good customer service skills
- Team player, able to work independently, take direction from others & have strong communication skills
- Work with vendors and oversee ordering supplies
- Reliable transportation & provide own tools
- Ability to take after hours on–call emergencies when needed
