Maintenance position open at 88-unit, Tax Credit Community.
The property is 3 years old.
There is only 1 Maintenance Technician and 1 part-time Porter.
This position will:
* Supervise the porter position
* Complete work orders with 24-48 hours
* Complete turns within 6 business day window
* Turn in completed work orders by 3pm daily
* Complete a Weekly Recap of work orders/projects (every Thursday)
* Complete tasks on a monthly basis on the preventative maintenance calendar
** Pressure Wash Building Exterior & pool area
** Touch up paint the clubhouse & pool area
** Monthly Inspection: Playground, Gates, Lighting system
** Fitness Equipment & Change AC Filters for office area
This position is Monday thru Friday, starts at 8am.
This is a FULL TIME – 40 Hours Per week position.
