JRK Property Holdings is seeking an immediate need for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor in the Tampa area. If you are someone who is a great team player with excellent leadership, supervisory, analytical and reasoning skills this is the job for you!
As the supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the maintenance and ongoing support of the property’s needs.
What you’ll do:
- Walk property daily and inspect vacant apartments
- Help maintain and repair structural, plumbing, and electrical issues
- Oversee and maintain HVAC systems
- Prioritize service requests, Make-Ready board, maintain service records, and inspect all work assignments for completion
- Maintain regular and on-call work schedules appropriate to property needs
- Assist with move-in and move-out procedure
What you’ll need:
- Minimum 4 years experience in property maintenance
- HVAC/EPA Certification REQUIRED
- Pool maintenance experience REQUIRED
- Previous experience in managing 2 or more subordinates
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with light carpentry, electrical, and plumbing
