We currently have a Maintenance Supervisor opportunity at one of our properties in Tampa , FL with 81 units.
- We are looking for an experienced maintenance professional who has a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. This position is full time. Our Maintenance Supervisors are held accountable for schedules, meeting deadlines, and excellent customer service. You must have basic hand tools and a valid Driver’s License with dependable transportation. You must have the ability to get on roofs of single-story construction, remove snow, and must be comfortable in small spaces as buildings are constructed on a crawl space.
- General Maintenance Activities: Ensures the completion of all market-ready apartments, apartment upgrades, emergency and non-emergency service requests, various maintenance activities, community inspections, and maintain immaculate grounds and curb appeal working closely with the onsite and upper management team.
