Full Job Description
HallKeen Management has an opening for an experienced and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance responsibilities for a 179 unit multifamily property in Clearwater, Florida.
The responsibilities of the Maintenance Supervisor are wide-ranging and quite diverse. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for budgeting, preventative maintenance, turnovers, vendor management, and supervising maintenance technicians.
Candidate must have five years of property maintenance experience, previous supervisory
experience, working knowledge of current OSHA requirements and HVAC license. Candidate
should have experience using residential maintenance software, Word, Excel and
communicate via email.
