Job Description:

The Maintenance Supervisor will report directly to the Facility Director and is responsible for the supervision and direction of all personnel assigned to him/her. The Maintenance Supervisor will ensure the property is maintained at all times in good physical condition within the area assigned to him/her.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Excellent all around carpentry, electrical and plumbing skills.

2. Completes routine inspection to ensure safe conditions exist.

3. Complete accurate records regarding preventive maintenance, and work orders.

4. Report any maintenance or resident related concerns to manager and/or supervisor in a timely manner.

5. Report any accidents or emergency situations to the Facility Director and will prepare the proper documentation of any such event.

6. Establish schedules and assign personnel for routine, deferred and emergency maintenance.

7. Ensure effective, timely and professional interactions with residents, contractors and team members.

Required Experience:

1. HVAC certification preferred.

2. Preferred one years experience or training in the following areas: carpentry, light plumbing work, light electrical work, painting, refurbishing and cleaning, air-conditioning.

3. Must be able to pass background investigation and drug test screening.

Required Education/Training:

1. High School Diploma or GED

2. Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.

3. All specific certifications required by law.

4. Must successfully complete all required courses, classes, and training provided by TMO.
