Performs and directs the efficient and effective maintenance department operations of assigned high-rise property or any additional properties assigned. Ensures the highest physical quality of property. Coordinates work schedules and monitors daily staff performance. Maintains oversight of expense controls and risk management. Conducts and manages repairs as well as preventative maintenance in vacant apartments, resident apartments and common areas. Assist with maintenance tasks and repairs as needed. Ensures compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations as well as company policy. Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of experience, education and training may substitute for degree. Possession of valid EPA/CFC certification and valid Florida driver license required.
